A account is required in order to place a order on our website. By having an account enables us to process your order correctly and also enables you to receive updates regarding your order, access to your order history. 

We use Stripe payments on our website, Stripe is the leading payment provider in this industry. They offer secure processing of your payment and enables you to pay via many methods such as debit / Credit Card, Applepay, Google pay, Revolout, Klarna.
In addition to Stripe we also offer Paypal as a payment method.

All our Carp Rigs are sent Via Royal Mail.
We offer First class free of charge however, if you prefer the security of a signed for delivery we also offer Royal Mail signed for (at additional cost)
Royal Mail Special Delivery is also available at an additional cost should you require your carp rigs quickly, this is a next working day service and is fully tracked. Premium rigs may take a day or 2 longer due to stock availability. Royal Mail Special Delivery is at additional cost.
International shipping is available, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can obtain the latest shipping charges for you. Any Customs duty or taxes are the buyers responsibility. 

Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Premium rigs or orders containing a rig box may take slightly longer due to availability. 
Using Royal Mail 1st class, most orders are received within 2-3 days of your order. Delays within Royal Mail do sometimes happen and we have no control over this. We always obtain a proof of postage should it be required.

Due to the nature of the goods we sell, we can only accept returns providing the rigs are in their original state. You must contact us prior to returning your items. Any returned items without prior contact will not be able to be processed. The cost of post the items back to us are the buyers responsibility, we would recommend you use a tracked service or a service with proof of delivery. Once the items have been returned we will process the refund or send replacements within 24 hours.
